This April, the BIA Innovator Campus hosts a two-day cheese and dairy industry forum near Galway, bringing together leaders from across production, processing, ingredients, technology and foodservice. Supported by Dairy Connect and the International Cheese & Dairy Awards (ICDA), the event has been designed to create a focused environment for commercial insight, collaboration and industry leadership, addressing both the pressures currently shaping the sector and the opportunities emerging beyond them.
Across two days, the programme will explore practical innovation, operational resilience, sustainability delivery and route-to-market strategies, firmly grounded in the realities of the Irish dairy landscape. This is not a conventional trade show. Rather, it is a structured working forum for those responsible for shaping the next phase of Ireland's dairy industry.
Attendance includes expert-led forums, technical content and a dedicated evening networking programme, creating the conditions for deeper relationships to form across the value chain and for long-term collaboration to develop between producers, processors, suppliers and industry partners.
