Connecting Dairy's Future

Dairy Connect is a strategic platform bringing together producers, processors, retailers, foodservice operators, investors and innovators across the global cheese and dairy sector.

Through events, intelligence, and a new collaborative leadership framework, Dairy Connect brings the industry together.

Margin pressure, regulatory complexity, sustainability scrutiny and shifting routes to market are no longer emerging issues - they are daily operational realities. Decisions once made annually are now revisited quarterly. Sometimes monthly.

Dairy Connect exists for this moment.

We bring together producers, processors, retailers, suppliers and sector leaders to make sense of what is happening - and what to do next. Not through opinion or noise, but through insight, dialogue and shared leadership.

This is not a trade platform. This is not an association. Nor is it a single event. Dairy Connect is a connected ecosystem designed to inform leadership, convene the value chain and enable meaningful commercial and technical exchange.

Irish Cheese & Dairy Forum

Connecting Dairy’s Future — Live in Ireland

The inaugural Irish Cheese & Dairy Forum ran at the BIA Innovator Campus near Galway in April 2026. Volume producers, artisan cheesemakers, B2B suppliers and retail buyers all showed up. Conversations turned into commercial work. Collaborations came out of the room that would not have come out of a trade fair.

The forum returns in 2027. The format holds. Two days, two streams, volume and artisan producers in the same programme, the supply base and retail buyers in the same conversations. What changes is scale. More speakers. More sponsors. More delegates, with the additional places held back for the buyers and producers who could not get in last year.

A Connected Ecosystem

Why Dairy Connect, Why Now.

The cheese and dairy sector faces a convergence of pressures that can no longer be addressed in isolation. Margins are tightening. Compliance requirements are increasing. Market access is becoming more complex. And the pace of change is accelerating. Against this backdrop, Dairy Connect provides a structured platform for insight, collaboration and action - connecting awards, exhibitions, leadership forums and market intelligence into a single, coherent proposition.
