Exhibit & sponsor · 2027

Meet the people that help drive dairy forward.

Exhibit or sponsor at Dairy Forum Ireland in Cork and Dairy Forum London, with The Dairy Mail carrying your story before and after. Limited opportunities in a curated room.

Why exhibit here

More than a stand. A place in a connected industry.

Most trade shows sell you a few days in front of a crowd. The 2027 forums sell you a place in front of the right people, and a year of The Dairy Mail around it.

A senior, curated room

Delegates are invited by role. The first Dairy Forum Ireland, in 2026, brought 75 senior attendees from 23 organisations.

Fewer visitors, more buyers.

Positioned for the breaks

Your product in the hall and your team on hand, placed where the breaks bring the room to you, or in the heart of the networking space.

Conversations, not footfall.

Introductions on purpose

Where it matters, we introduce you directly to producers and buyers we know. Every introduction: your business, a named buyer.

Tracked, not estimated.

Visible all year

Every package, single event or annual, is supported by The Dairy Mail, which reaches the industry between the forums with news, interviews and analysis.

The event lasts a day. This does not.

Before, during and after

Most events end when the doors close.

A place at a forum is the middle of the campaign, not the whole of it. These are the parts available to sponsors and exhibitors; which ones fit is agreed in your proposal.

Before

The Dairy Mail carries the 2027 theme, More from Milk, through the year, so the conversation starts before Cork and London. Sponsored features, executive interviews and segmented email and LinkedIn support, sent by role and seniority.

During

Your stand or showcase table, your team, your product. In Cork the exhibition opens with registration at 8.30 on 4 March, with set-up the day before. In London it sits in the networking space of an evening built around a panel and a cheese and wine pairing.

After

Introductions recorded and reported against the four measures agreed at the start: reach, qualified leads, meetings and pipeline influenced.

Who you will meet

The value chain, in one room.

Sponsors and exhibitors come to the forums with two different jobs. What you get depends on which one is yours.

If you make dairy products

Producers and makers come for routes to market. Delegates work in retail and wholesale, and in foodservice and hospitality: category and own-label teams with range reviews to fill, and the importers and agencies looking for new supply.

If you supply dairy businesses

Equipment, packaging, ingredient, technology and service businesses come for the plants. Processors and producers are the largest group in the room: the commercial and technical leadership, NPD teams and makers who specify and sign.

Composition of the room

  • Processors and producers35%
  • Retail and wholesale20%
  • Suppliers, equipment and ingredients15%
  • International and trade bodies12%
  • Foodservice and hospitality10%
  • Investors, advisors and policy8%

Indicative composition across the 2027 events, based on 2026 registration data. Around the forums, The Dairy Mail reaches more than 8,000 named contacts with a 45% average newsletter open rate. The full audience figures.

Event sponsorship

Own a moment at Cork or London.

Event sponsorship is a position at one forum, or both: on the day, in the room. Start with what you need the event to deliver. Each objective lists the positions that serve it, and many sponsors add a place in the hall.

Some positions are held by one sponsor at a time, others are open to a small number. Each can be taken at one forum alone, at both, or built into the annual partnership programme. Prices are quoted ex VAT in your proposal.

How it works

A conversation, then a costed proposal.

The conversation

Tell us what you sell, who you need to meet and what success looks like. We tell you honestly whether your business fits, and at which forum.

The proposal

Stand or showcase table, which forum, the Dairy Mail support around it and the measures, agreed before you commit.

The forum and after

Set-up, the day itself and the introductions, then reporting against the measures and a plan for the next forum built from the numbers.

Questions

Before you ask.

  1. Can smaller businesses exhibit?

Yes. The showcase table is the lighter alternative to a stand, with volume and artisan producers in the same programme. Tell us your size and your objective and we will say plainly whether it fits.

  2. What does it cost?

Prices are quoted in your proposal, ex VAT, with split invoicing available. Stand build, content production and expenses are not included. Space is limited and matched to objectives, so we do not publish a rate card.

  3. Can we combine exhibiting and sponsorship?

Yes. Take a single position at one forum, with the option to extend, or an annual programme across both forums and The Dairy Mail, priced to reward the full year.

  4. Will we receive the delegate list?

No. We do not hand over an attendee database. Introductions are made directly by our team and recorded, and lead reporting follows our privacy policy.

  5. Can we exhibit at both forums?

Yes, and it is the strongest way to do it: the same make-up in both rooms, with Ireland and the EU in Cork in March and more of the UK and Europe in London in October.

Take your place in the room.

Tell us whether you want to exhibit, sponsor or both, which forum, your sector and what you want to come away with. Opportunities are limited and released in order of conversation.
